It is not possible to show on these pages the multitude of special fasteners produced according to our customers drawings on these pages. Anyhow we try to give a short summary of our various potentialities: We turn, mill, drill and grind up to 500 mm (19,5 inch) diameter using all ferrous and non-ferrous qualities. Special alterations on standard parts you find on these web pages are possible at any time, as well as the manufacturing from other materials. Besides we can offer you many different types of certifications if required.
We have specialized our production in low and medium quantities of high-precision and high-quality special fasteners and custom parts. The more complicated or the bigger your fastener is the better does it fit to our production. In extreme cases we can do a single production on computer numerical controlled (CNC) universal lathes. Medium quantities can be produced cost-efficient on automatic bar machines.
